The official website of Ministry of social welfare and special education is now inactive. This notification is issued on the official website of Ministry of social welfare and special education. (This ministry has been devolved as per Federal Government, Notification No. 4-5/2011-Min.I). This means that the government is not serious about the welfare of disabled persons. Why to celebrate International day of disability. What is the advantage of Ratifications and Signatories of the Convention for Person with disabilities by the United Nations? That’s why People in Pakistan because of such government actions they talk about change. I extremely request to the Government of Pakistan please take a useful and concrete steps for the betterment of disabled person.

History of International Youth Day:
International Youth Day is observing every year on 12th August since 1999. United Nations defined an occasion for highlighted awareness on the necessities of young people in the middle of 10 to 24 years. Water has become a matter of life and death in Pakistan. It seems that Pakistan will be the primary and most terrible effected country of this basic necessity. The destruction by the most disastrous floods ever has changed the situation. Kashmir Solidarity Day on 5th February:
Kashmir Solidarity Day has been observed on 5th February each year in Pakistan it is just a protest day celebration by the people of Pakistan along with Kashmiri people against Indian control of part of Kashmir. this day was celebrated first in 1990 to support the cause. All preparation takes place across the country and Azad Jammu Kashmir to observe “Kashmir Solidarity Day”. It is a national holiday in Pakistan. Pakistan believe Kashmir as the core issue, between India and Pakistan, both the states have been fought three wars and both countries have been spending precious money on fighting and allocate a major share of their national incomes to defense budgets.

United Nation In the Memory of Victim of Holocaust:
The United Nations (UN) International Day of Commemoration in Memory of the Victims of the Holocaust memorizes those people who died and bear huge suffering during the Holocaust before and during World War II. It is celebrated on January 27 each year. We must spend money on the betterment all human being especially for disabled people.
