Hundreds of Pakistani publishers got banned lately by google while it is assumed that there are more un-reported cases. 

All publishers are in fact getting same email from Google, which is as following: 

Hello, 

We continually review all publishers according to our program policies (https://www.google.com/upport/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=48182&stc=aspe-3pp-en) and Terms and Conditions (https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms?&stc=aspe-3tc-en). During a recent review of your account, our specialists found that it was not in compliance with our policies. 

Layout Encourages Accidental Clicks:

Publishers are not permitted to encourage users to click on Google ads in any way. This includes any implementation that may encourage accidental clicks, such as placing ads near flash games or navigation bars, or placing ads and site links extremely close together. 

Webmasters Guidelines:

Our program specialists regularly review sites in the AdSense program. It is important for a site displaying AdSense to offer significant value to the end user by providing unique and relevant content, and not to place ads on sites with little to no original content. Additionally, Google ads may not be placed on non-content-based pages. 

Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they are seeking. Because your sites violate the spirit of our policies, we have disabled ad serving.

As stated in our program policies, sites displaying Google ads should provide substantial and useful information to the user. Users should be able to easily navigate through the site to find what products, goods, or services are promised. While reviewing your site, our team of specialists determined that it does not comply with the spirit of these guidelines. 

As a result, your AdSense account has been disabled. 

Additionally, as stated in our Terms and Conditions, publishers who have breached this agreement may not receive further payment. The earnings on your account will be returned to the affected advertisers. Please note that this step was taken in an effort to protect the interests of our AdWords advertisers, and to maintain the quality of the AdSense program.

Pakistani publishers are getting this sort of messages from Google Adsense and are being targeted in specific. Though this mass banning isn’t unexpected, especially when every other internet user is exploiting adsense by copying content and then adding adsense to their websites. 

This entire process has hurt rightful bloggers as well, and they are suffering because of the other’s misdemeanors. This hurting of getting adsense banned for a legitimate blogger can’t be expressed in words. 

Note:

We extremely request to Google Adsense team please reinstate google adsense account so that bloggers earn suitable income because there is a huge unemployment in Pakistan due to global economic recession. I hope that Google Adsense Team will seriously consider. And will soon reinstate the publisher’s google adsense account.
