Such eruptions are often associated with solar flares, (A solar flare is an intense burst of radiation coming from the release of magnetic energy associated with sunspots) and in this case an M1 class (medium-sized) flare occurred at the same time, peaking at 1:45 PM EDT. The CME was not intended and aimed toward Earth. An eruption on April 16, 2012 was captured here by NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory in the 304 Angstrom wavelength, which is typically colored in red.

World OR International Disabled Day is celebrating on 3rd December every year, the disabled persons would as likely anticipated recollect the pledges and assurances given to them during the last World Disabled Day around a year back and understand that nothing much has changed in their life content. While promises and celebrations take place year after year like a ceremony, seminars and conferences, several of the disabled persons continue to live on in conditions of poverty and vagueness, not knowing as to what the future would hold for them. With physical immobility on the one hand and lack of resources and inadequate income on the other hand, most of the disabled persons do not have the access to quality educational institutions or the facilities to acquire the essential skill to employ them.

There are estimated to be 1 billion disabled people across the world. Disability doesn’t feature specifically in the MDGs (Millennium Development Goals), but many activists say lack of provision for the disabled is holding back development progress. Sorrowfully, despite a very few positive action and steps by the government, there are no policies or laws regarding disabled people, and the convention on the rights of persons with disabilities has not been fully implemented so far. There are so many issues to address. It is very difficult the various barriers which have been facing by the disabled people so in all these contexts, because of architectural barriers, social barriers, cultural barriers, attitudinal barriers, all of which force us to live completely isolate from society. These are challenges we had in the past, and that we still have. Not much has changed, unfortunately.

The SAARC should push their governments to fulfill the commitment made under the UN convention on the rights of persons with disabilities and other human rights conventions. In terms of financial support, education, employment etc, there should be conditions that SAARC and civil society organizations will not be granted funds if their projects don’t consider disability. The SAARC should also build the capacity of disabled people by funding their projects. The SAARC should support education with its know-how in the field education and especially in the field of technology, especially technology that helps people living with disabilities. Social awareness, access to basic rights such as health, public transportation and employment, are still massive challenges. And access to education is still a right that is not available in most parts of the SAARC member countries.

Welfare programme to improve opportunities in areas of education, health, employment and housing. Because, otherwise, people with disabilities remain a financial burden to their family. Nothing will stop us. We’re only asking for the rights of our brothers and sisters to be respected, and for government discrimination to end. Our dignity has no price, and our rights are not negotiable. Life is difficult for the disabled in SAARC member countries; we are frequently turned away from public transport. Roads, buildings and other infrastructure are not disabled-friendly. But perhaps the major predicament or problem is the social stigma towards disability. Habitually, parents of disabled children do not send them to school and end up confining them to their home. The SAARC and international community should recognize disabled people as the authentic, real voice that should speak the pace at which things are done. They should also direct their attention to working with disabled people’s organizations on the ground.

The official website of Ministry of social welfare and special education of Pakistan is now inactive. This notification is issued on the official website of Ministry of social welfare and special education. (This ministry has been devolved as per Federal Government. This means that the government is not serious about the welfare of disabled persons. Why to celebrate International day of disability. What is the advantage of Ratifications and Signatories of the Convention for Person with disabilities by the United Nations? That’s why People in Pakistan because of such government actions they talk about change. I extremely request to the Government of Pakistan please take a useful and concrete steps for the betterment of disabled person. It is the single largest minority faction looking for employment in today’s market. Several organizations in Europe, Japan and US have benefited by recruiting people with disabilities for many years but unfortunately, because of lack of awareness it is not the case in SAARC member countries. Employers, because of be deficient in of knowledge on disability, don’t think about them appropriate for the field and office work. On the other hand social customs confine disabled people to come out and explore their prospective and potential.

There are a few disabled people in SAARC member countries who are educated but even they too deprived from their basic rights especially employment opportunities. Because of this ignorance from the government and private sector adult disabled people have been overage and now there is no employment for them. What about them what a government think for their future if government and private sector will not provide us suitable employment then what is our future in this country. There is a special arrangement for the disabled people especially in Europe and United States. I extremely request to the SAARC member countries please take concrete and serious step for the betterment of all disabled people and especially educated adult disabled persons.

(I need more comments especially comments and views of all Disabled persons of SAARC member countries).

Talk about useful and convenient, yes? For those deliberating how this will work, well it uses the same technology employed by hospitals through UV-A and UV-C light. This light will allow the scanner to cleanse two full cups of water in just forty seconds, and on top of just terminating regular germs, it seems that this sanitizer also has the aptitude or ability to get rid of unsafe microorganisms such as E. coli, Staphylococcus, and Salmonella, and will even come with a LCD screen that will show you a countdown to the “OK” signal to indicate when your water/surface is “clean”. Portable water and surface sanitizer price tag about $100.
